I received my HLTA status recently. Thanks for everything. I have a new post in school, 'Success maker co-ordinator' it’s a challenging position aimed at KS3 and I have my own classroom with 20 new PCs. Really enjoyable and rewarding.

After I achieved the HLTA status I covered PPA for a reception class. I am still ICT co-ordinator and have responsibilities that go with that role. Following the training which you provided and the study for HLTA I became hungry for more! I applied for a course through the OU and am nearly at the end of a Foundation degree in Early Years. The advice and training you gave and the work I did for HLTA has helped hugely with my studies. My long term goal is to achieve QTS. The achievement of HLTA was what I needed to kick start my CPD and progress as I have.

"Thankyou for my letter confirming my HLTA Status and your good wishes. To update you you with my HLTA work, I was approached by my school to teach and now have a placement at the school in the Technology Department on a Post Graduate Teacher Training Programme. Many thanks to you and best wishes."

"I thought I would let you know how I am getting on.
Well things are going well. Some teething problems to begin with and a few unsure/doubtful staff, but things are now settled and I work a 1/3 of my hours as HLTA whilst still retaining my SEN timetable for the rest.
I enjoy the daily challenge of it all. Our NQT thinks ‘it’ is a wonderful invention as I cover her NQT release time very successfully and we regularly liaise to ensure the best for our children.
Looking forward to developing further.
