EM Direct is licensed by the National College for School Leadership to deliver a suite of School Business Management Development Workshops (SBMDW) in the North East, Yorkshire and the Humber, East Midlands and Eastern Regions. The suite of nine SBMDWs addresses the increasing need for schools and School Business Managers (SBMs) to ensure their organisation is being run as effectively as possible. These workshops are aimed at schools and SBMs wanting to expand their knowledge of managing the business aspects of their organisation as effectively as possibly. Although many are tailored for School Business Managers, the workshops will also be of potential interest and value to other senior school leaders, governors and school staff, with specific areas of responsibility.
