Level 5 VRQ: Diploma in Leadership and Management

The ILM Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management has been specially designed to give practising managers a solid foundation for their formal development in this role, building up a wide range of basic middle management skills and gaining the comprehensive leadership and management knowledge required at this level

The Diploma consists of four mandatory units 'Developing Critical Thinking', 'Leading Innovation and Change', 'Assessing Your Own Leadership Capability and Performance', and 'Improving Own Leadership Performance Through Action Learning'. Participants then complete the qualification with four further modules accessed online, with full tutorial support. These are: ‘Understanding the Management Role’, ‘Management Communication’, ‘Managing Improvement’ and ‘Becoming an Effective Leader’.

EM Direct offer the ILM Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in venues across Yorkshire, the Humber and East Midlands area. EM Direct can also deliver to organisations within their setting if there is a group of five or more learners. This allows a bespoke programme built around your setting and employee needs.
