I have a degree, why should I choose a Vocationally Related Qualification?

A: The Institute of Leadership and Management Level 3 qualifications in Leadership and Management and Coaching and Mentoring are designed for first line and aspiring managers. The qualification is related to your role in your workplace. There is opportunity to progress to higher levels as you progress into a more senior management role.

What kind of assignments will I have to do?

A: Each module for each qualification has an assignment to complete, these vary from a work based assignment to a reflective review. All assignments are designed for you to demonstrate how you have applied your learning to your practice.

How long will it take to gain a VRQ?

A: This depends upon the qualification you are taking. As a general rule you will submit your final assignment 6 weeks after completing your final module.

How much will it cost?

A: Prices start at £640 + VAT, and include ILM registration fee, appropriate course materials, assessment and certification and 6 months membership to ILM. Discounts are available to former EM Direct students.
