Leadership and Management

As providers of government funded programmes EM Direct are aware that many practitioners would like to enhance their awards with qualifications that are recognised as part of the Qualification and Credit Framework (QCF). We are therefore pleased to be able to offer the following Vocationally Related Qualifications (VRQ): ILM Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management; ILM Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management as part of our portfolio

There are no academic prerequisites for these Vocationally Related Qualifications (VRQ), although it is expected that learners will have at least level 2 literacy skills. The level 3 qualification is suitable for those in first line management or leadership roles whereas the level 5 qualification is designed for practising managers.

Anyone studying for an ILM qualification receives six months' trial membership of ILM, giving them access to a range of resources and services designed to support learning and development.
