Award in Workplace Coaching for Team Leaders and First Line Managers

This Level 3 qualification in Coaching and Mentoring aims to provide practising and potential team leaders and first line managers with the knowledge, skills and confidence to perform effectively as workplace coaches as part of their normal work role

EM Direct offer the ILM Level 3 Award in Coaching for Team Leaders and First Line Managers in venues across Yorkshire, the Humber and East Midlands area. EM Direct can also deliver to organisations within their setting if there is a group of five or more learners. This allows a bespoke programme built around your setting and employee needs.

Discounts are available to former candidates of the EM Direct EYPS or GTP programmes, and to settings that have hosted them. Settings with current candidates are also eligible
