Education Store
Unique to the EM Centre for Learning is our Education Store, selling a variety of resources to support training courses, teaching and learning in the classroom, and for parents to use with their children at home. All resources are specially selected from a range of high quality educational suppliers and will support teaching and learning across the early years and primary curriculum.
The range of resources includes:
- Puppets
- Books
- Articles of Faith
- Educational Posters
- Wildlife Photographs
- Items for Story Sacks
- Items to support Mathematics
- CD ROMS for a range of Primary Subjects
If you are running a subject specific course and require special resources for purchase by course delegates, talk to us in advance and we can arrange through our suppliers to have study boxes available.
The Education Store is open weekdays from 9.00am to 3.30pm, and is open to conference delegates and general visitors. Located by our Directions Cafe, you can browse these items whilst you enjoy your refreshments. We accept payment for the resources by cash, cheque, credit or debit card. Schools can place an order and be invoiced accordingly.

Holiday Activities
Are your children looking for something interesting to do during the school summer holidays? At EM Centre we also run Activity Programmes that are designed to entertain children during the holidays. These include workshops on the Aztecs and Egyptians, Creative Fun with Felt and Paper, and Digital Animation by making clay characters then bringing them to life in a short movie. We also run 11+ Coaching Sessions for those children who will be taking the 11+ test papers in the Autumn Term. These are learning and activity days which include expert tutoring by Peter Burton (qualified Key Stage 2 teacher) and time trying out 11+ papers, combined with fun outdoor activities at Belton House, Grantham and the PGL Activity Centre, Caythorpe.
