Welcome to EM Centre Courses and Consultancy Services 2008/2009.
If you work in schools as a Teacher, Teaching Assistant, Higher Level Teaching Assistant, Learning Mentor, Cover Supervisor or Behaviour Support Assistant then we may have a course for you.
The EM Direct Group has worked with many hundreds of schools who already know of our high reputation in initial teacher training for the GTP. But you may not know that we are at the fore front of continuing professional development with an innovative programme of courses for the school workforce.
We have successfully worked for 10 years in partnership with schools and, local authorities to provide training for those working in the teaching profession. With continuing changes in the Schools’ Workforce and in Children’s Services, the demand for high quality professional development is at a premium. We recognise that whilst many local authorities run substantial CPD programmes, they do not cover everything being requesting. From our partnerships with many schools and LAs we have been able to identify a number of key areas not always covered. Our programme seeks to meet many of these.
EM Centre is committed to developing the skills of the workforce. Our portfolio is broad and each year we respond to requests from schools, settings and local authorities to meet their needs. In addition, the main 2008/2009 Courses Programme can also be personalised to meet the needs of individual schools, whilst our Bespoke Consultancy offers a comprehensive portfolio from which you can draw to meet specific requirements.
All our courses are delivered by an experienced team of friendly professional consultants. We aim to provide a positive learning experience where all participants training needs are fulfilled.
