Welcome to EM Direct

As a Training and Development Agency for schools (TDA) Accredited ITT Provider, we train and assess teachers on the Graduate Teacher Programme for Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in primary and secondary schools.

New for 2011 through to 2013, we have been contracted by the National College for School Leadership (NCSL) to deliver Leadership Programmes. The first of these is the NCSL Suite of School Business Management Workshops, where we hold the Licence to deliver these across the North East, Yorkshire and the Humber, East Midlands and Eastern Regions.

In addition to our Government Contracts, we provide services direct to schools and academies, local authorities, individual teachers, teaching assistants and child care professionals, and are a Career Transition Partnership (CTP) Preferred Supplier to support Service Leavers in finding a new career in schools or child care. EM Direct’s headquarters is home to our Professional Training and Conference Centre, which can also be hired by other organisations to deliver training to their own staff.
